Your browser doesn't support using computer's Audio device, please upgrade your browser to the latest version.

 

Getting this message even after updating the google chrome. 

 

Can you please help?

    I'm having the same problems and I think the OP is confused. Im pretty sure he/she isn't using the SDK, just using the web version of the platform like I am. It stopped working about a month ago on the latest version of the Edge browser. It works fine in the initial device test screen right before going into the Zoom session, but as soon as I go inside the meeting it stops working stating "Your browser doesn't support using computer's Audio device, please upgrade your browser to the latest version." Please help!
