Zoom Usage Reports not Generating

Hi,

 

I need to record the participant attendance for a meeting that I am hosting. I understand I should be able to get this via Reports -> Usage Reports -> Usage. However, after selecting the correct dates all I get is "no data". It has been 30 minutes since the meeting finished. I have also done a few practice meetings but no data is showing up.

Hi John

try to use the dashboard. Search for your meeting and you will have a list of all partecipants, the duration of the meeting as well as a lot of other informations.
