Zoom uninstall error

We get an error when we try installing or uninstalling the Zoom application.

Error message

"C:\Windows\TEMP|ZoomInstallerFull_5.13.11.13434_x64.msi" cannot be found

We can't find the MSI file in the temp folder, so we can't reinstall the latest version of Zoom. We also tried the Clear Zoom exe but keep getting the same error. Please let me know where we can download this MSI file. If not please provide us alternative solution.

Hi Dash,

Generally speaking, organizations that use MSI installers are using Zoom business or enterprise accounts.

if this is true for you I would suggest opening a Zoom support ticket.

The MSI file is not available there, which is our problem. It is also not available to download on Zoom.
