I am a paying customer of ZOOM. It has been a disaster. When I invite people, they have to copy the URL and then hope it will work, but it doesn't. Tonight, I was to host a meeting and it kept telling me to wait for the host to let me in . I ended up e-mailing everybody telling them I was trying a new invitation. Then it worked but several people had to cut an paste the URL and our meeting was delayed by almost an hour. What help line can we call in an emergency  that will assist IMMEDIATELY, not in ten minutes of more when people leave the meeting? Thank you
