ZOOM stopped working

3 mos ago video started being yellow with one corner blank.  Now audio keeps saying can't find connection and going to USB, after which video goes off and has to be manually restarted.  Note I have made no changes to either Dell or ZOOM settings and prior to3 months ago everything was working fine.  Wondering if one of the Dell updates changes something.  Anyone have an idea?

    It sounds more like a hardware failure. It is possible the cable that plugs into your camera/mic's logic board has come loose. What model of laptop is it? Dell normally lists the model type and number on a sticker on the bottom.
