Zoom ScreenShare+Video causes macbook air m5 to lag

I have a new Macbook Air M5 which I got a month ago.

When i open a zoom meeting with 2 people (including me) - both of us keep our video on

And when I do a screenshare, the laptop is very laggy that the mouse cannot move in a smooth line.

Zoom is taking 80-90% CPU and also causing the macos WindowServer to take 95+% CPU.

Heavy memory compression and Swap is also filled up

My specs:

• MacBook Air - 13inch
• Chip: Apple M5
• RAM: 16GB
• OS: Tahoe 26.6.2
