Zoom release 5.13.7 not opening in Mac Ventura 13.0.1

After upgrading the Zoom desktop app it won't open...just get the perma spinning wheel. Anyone encountered similar and how to fix? I've deleted the app and downloaded again but no change.

        I found another thread (can’t find it now to post) that suggested a method that worked: rather than delete the file and reinstall, use the Zoom uninstall tool to remove the application and then download and install a new zoom application. This worked for me and no issues since.

          I forgot to mention that I am on the newest release of Ventura - 5.13.7

          Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, I have followed suggested steps several times. The problem has not gone away. Zoom works fine if opened in the Safari browser. I'm on an M1 MAC using Zoom 5.13.7
