Zoom Recording Storage

I received an email saying that my zoom cloud storage surpassed the 5G limit.  I own a yoga studio where we record our classes.  We record all the classes the same way... oddly some classes are 11 MB others are as large as 1G.  What could cause this huge disparity in the file sizes?  What can I do to better control my usage?
 
Also, we have been recording classes for 3 years.  Only now is Zoom being strict about the storage used.  I have passing 5G for a long time.  Does anyone else experience the same thing?

    I have received the same email and downloaded all my videos to a google drive and deleted them in my zoom account, but am still receiving the email telling me my storage is too high.
