Zoom Recording Issues

I am a Zoom admin for my organization and one of my users is encountering an issue where, when she starts a meeting, it’s not giving a recording option—the button is simply not appearing on the screen.   She is set up to allow hosts and participants to record the meeting to a local file.  Has anyone ever encountered this before?  I couldn’t find any documentation on troubleshooting this type of issue, so I’m not sure where to go with it.

    Depending on screen resolution and size of the window you have open, Zoom moves some icons you are used to seeing along the bottom to being under the 3 dot menu. Have your user check to see if the option is there.
