Zoom Recording Issue

Hi all, I have an issue with my zoom recording system. Our team recorded the zoom meeting yesterday, and at the end of the meeting, I saw the sign that the system will save the file and will be converted if I end up the meeting. So I end up the meeting and waited for the file, but it didnt appear at all. I already searched on my computer where the recorded files are saved, but there was nothing in it. 

So, I wonder if there is any way to find my lost file. PLZ........ This file is so important for my team.
