Zoom recoding is not converting processing for days. Please help me.

When all the time it exceeds 2 hours recoding time it doesn't convert properly. Please restart my zoom recording and what would be the reason for that. please help me, I'm sick of this. because I couldn't earn my income through the meetings. please help me. please please please. im in a big trouble.

    Hi @ChanukaDev ! 

     

    @RajanB  suggested these steps to another community member running into a similar issue: 

    1. Sign out of Zoom on both the web and desktop application

    2. Restart the machine (Not Shutdown).

    3. Once restarted, sign back into the Zoom app and try to convert the recording manually again.
