Zoom Profile Problem

Whenever I join a meeting my profile changes from mine to my wife's what can I do to keep my profile?  We use different computers and have different Zoom profiles. Why does it change?

    Hi, @CharP,

     

    I’m assuming you both have your own separate Zoom account. If you have only one account between you, then that’s the source of the problem. But assuming this isn’t the case …

     

    Zoom will attempt to use the Profile picture from either the Zoom Client app or the currently logged in Zoom user on the web. Make sure you are logged into both web and desktop app with your Zoom account, ot make sure one is logged in and the other is logged out.

     

     If this didn’t help, I’m not sure what the issue is, but we could discuss potential solutions. Let me know.
