Zoom Meetings Twice A Year

Last year, my hearing loss support group met twice:  May and November, yet we paid for Zoom the entire year.

I heard another group paying for Zoom meetings when they needed them.  I don't see Zoom offer this option with the billing.  Can we be billed for when we need it, such as two meetings a year?  I don't see anything in the billing options to do this.
