Zoom Meeting - Phone tones are audible to other attendees in the meeting.

When I use my phone as the audio for a Zoom meeting, the other attendees of that meeting can hear my phone tones when I enter the supplied code for phone audio.  This can be very annoying to the attendees when joining a meeting already in progress.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Is there a way to stop this?
