Zoom meeting participant name automation issue

I’m guessing you ran into the situation where multiple otoke used the same Join link to join a meeting with registration enabled. 

I find it important that the Host reinforce and stress the importance that the Join link sent to each registrant NOT be shared with others. Everyone that joins with a single shared Join link we’ll be brought in with the Display Name provided by the original registrant.
