zoom meeting getting not responding message

Every time I open a zoom meeting on my PC I get a not responding window after a couple moments, sometimes it will work for a couple minutes and when I switch the screen its on it'll freeze again. I have tried cleaning zoom out entirely and then redownloading and it has not worked, does anyone know the issue? for reference my internet is averaging 155mb/sec download speed.

    I am having a similar issue except it happens in the middle of a session.  This is becoming detrimental to my business and I may have to move to Teams.

    Hello, 

     

    Did you use Clean Zoom to uninstall Zoom?

     

    1. Download and run CleanZoom (updated April 2024).
    2. Once completed, download Zoom from the Zoom  download center and reinstall. 


    Note: Use of the clean uninstaller will completely remove the Zoom desktop client, as well as the Zoom plugin for Outlook. The Outlook add-in, Chrome/Firefox extensions, and Google Workspace add-on are unaffected.
