Zoom Meeting disconnection on specific network

Hi

My wife's work laptop keeps disconnecting zoom meetings and internet at our house. When not using zoom, the laptop stays connected to the internet. This doesn't happen to her laptop in office or other networks. Wifi connection at our house is very stable and doesn't trouble my work laptop and other devices at all. Has anyone faced such an issue? Or is there any possible solution that we can try? Her IT support at work has checked the laptop and hasn't found any issues since it works in office completely fine.
