Zoom keeps crashing

My Zoom app keeps crashing for no reason (I don't know why). I've tried all the solutions on the internet (reinstalling, reboot, cleanup chaches, update, etc) but all of them don't take any effect, still "not responding". I even don't get any error code or troubleshoot so the crashed app doesn't let me know what is the problem. I'm very upset.
I hope someone can kindly help me because I have many schedules on it so I really really need this to be solved. The "Bolt" and "Contact Support" don't help me anything as bad as they are. Big thanks to all of you who can help me get away from this.

     Hi, I have been facing this issue for the last 2 months, where my zoom just keeps crashing in the middle of calls. Now that I hold workshops etc. as soon as I share my screen, the system hangs, it either crashes or a black, blank screen is visible to the people, till I stop sharing & it crashes. This is making it impossible for me to hold any meetings and have moved to Google meet entirely. I would like for this to be fixed please. I have uninstalled this atleast 2-3 times, and reinstalled, but nothing has come out of it. please help!!

    This is similar to issues I have been having on my paid account, with and without screen sharing. I get a low resources error message, or Zoom not responding. I have an I5 CPU with 16GB RAM (with plenty of free memory) and a fast internet connection. I suspect that Zoom is not playing well with other processes. Most recently, I just had to force close Zoom and restart, which solved the issue. Not had this issue until about 2 months ago when Zoom started adding a bunch of new features.

    I recently got a newer model HP Envy with Intel Core Ultra 7 cpu, 16 GB memory and upgraded to Zoom workplace/pro so I could record to the cloud and have meetings longer than 40 minutes.  First Zoom crashed 35 minutes into a meeting, I was told to unininstall it and download latest version, did that, next problem is if on a zoom call,  screen goes black after 30 minutes, I can hear, but not interact.  Next problem I started a call and it could not load my video so I had to do the whole call for my client with no video of me.

    Zoom support says it is my network wifi (never had this issue before).  So I had to get an adapter so I can plug the Ethernet cable into the usb-C port. Speed test looks the same but they say adding more people to a call can cause the network issues.   I have to wait to see if this works.

    I'm having exact same problem. I've been using zoom for online therapy sessions for past couple of years with no problem. I've even replaced laptop. Just got new one today, set up, everything updated. Started session and it crashed 3 times. I may have to find another online program if this keeps up. So frustrating.
