Question
Zoom is not creating transcripts
I am not getting my Zoom transcripts. I go to Recordings & Transcripts>Transcripts and the list is empty
- I am using Zoom WorkPlace Pro. I am the owner of the account and the only user.
- I believe that also makes me the administrator.
- I am not getting any error codes.
- I am using a Mac Mini
- I have record to cloud turned on under Settings>Cloud recording>Allow hosts to record the following to the cloud
- I have turned on Settings > Create Audio Transcript under the section Advanced cloud recording setting
- I have waited days for a recording to be transcribed
- I have searched the Zoom Community and found people having the same problem in 2024.
