Zoom is not creating transcripts

I am not getting my Zoom transcripts.  I go to Recordings & Transcripts>Transcripts and the list is empty 
  • I am using Zoom WorkPlace Pro.  I am the owner of the account and the only user. 
  • I believe that also makes me the administrator. 
  • I am not getting any error codes. 
  • I am using a Mac Mini
  • I have record to cloud turned on under Settings>Cloud recording>Allow hosts to record the following to the cloud
  • I have turned on Settings > Create Audio Transcript  under the section Advanced cloud recording setting
  • I have waited days for a recording to be transcribed
  • I have searched the Zoom Community and found people having the same problem in 2024.

Hi JanfromEarth,

 

Log in to your web portal > Account Management> Recording & Transcript> General> Cloud recording> create audio transcript and make sure to click the lock icon.

 

Also, Make sure to enable this setting as well. Account Management> Recording & Transcript> General> Cloud recording>  Allow users to retain, access,and manage transcripts generated by AI Companion features for use by other AI Companion services.

zoom is impossible to use now the basics functions you wnat to sue are buried in AI slop
