Zoom is crashing audio drivers (Alienware X15 R2)

Hi, 

 

I'm having major issues preventing me to use zoom on my brand new PC (Alienware X15 r2), where the audio driver is crashing as soon as I try to use computer audio ( see screenshot). I have tried: 
- Updating to latest and using older driver versions - FAIL 

- different audio devices - FAIL

- older zoom versions - FAIL 

- different conferencing app ( Skype, discord) - PASS, but doesn't solve my problem  😉 

 

Any suggestion is welcome...

    I am having a similar issue on the same device. When I join audio, zoom fails to detect my headset, however all test within zoom work correctly and audio and microphone tests pass.

     

    Did you find a solution to this?
