Zoom İnterpreter Dante out/input
Dear Zoom Support Team,
I would like to ask for technical guidance regarding a hybrid interpretation system that we are currently using in our conference setups.
In our installations, we use Zoom's language interpretation feature together with a Bosch simultaneous interpretation system installed in the conference venue.
Our current setup works as follows:
-
Audio from the conference room is routed from the Bosch interpretation system to Zoom. Each language channel is sent separately to Zoom through an individual computer.
-
Similarly, interpretation audio channels coming from Zoom are routed back into the Bosch interpretation system. Each language channel is received through a separate computer and fed into the corresponding language channel of the Bosch system.
This setup allows participants attending remotely via Zoom and participants physically present in the conference room to listen to and communicate through their respective interpretation channels.
However, managing multiple computers for individual language channels makes the setup more complex than we would like.
Our main question is:
Would it be possible to manage this entire audio integration using a single computer through Dante, instead of using a separate computer for each language channel?
More specifically, we would like to know:
-
Does Zoom support multichannel audio input and output through a single computer, allowing multiple interpretation language channels to be routed independently?
-
Is there any possibility of integrating Zoom's interpretation audio channels directly with a Dante audio network?
-
Does Zoom offer an API, SDK, or any other software-based solution that would allow us to access, route, and manage individual interpretation language channels programmatically?
-
Are there any third-party applications or recommended integration solutions that could help us achieve this setup?
Our goal is to establish a more centralized and efficient integration between Zoom's interpretation system and the Bosch conference interpretation infrastructure, ideally using a single computer and a Dante network.
We would appreciate any technical documentation, recommendations, or information about existing solutions that could help us achieve this.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
