If you're signed in to your Zoom account, you can check which email address is associated with it in a couple of places.

On the Zoom web portal, open Profile, and you'll see your email listed with your account details.

If you're using the Zoom Workplace desktop or mobile app, select your profile picture or initials, then open Profile or Settings. Your signed-in email address will be displayed there.
