Zoom dont work

Please take these troubleshooting steps and check if this helps to fix the issue: 

1. Run this application called CleanZoom, it will remove all traces of just the Zoom application: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/article_attachments/360084068792/CleanZoom.zip
2. Restart your computer 
3. Download the newest version of Zoom here: https://zoom.us/support/download 
4. Additionally, ensure that your PC drivers are up to date for optimal performance.
5. Once that is done, restart the computer once again and give it a try.
