Zoom does not fully releases system focus after ending a spotlight.
Subject: Bug Report: Focus leak / resource leak after ending Spotlight and Dual Monitor mode causing other apps (JW Library) to minimize
Description: There is a chronic issue regarding Zoom Workplace's window management on Windows when using dual monitors alongside external projection software like JW Library.
Steps to reproduce:

Open JW Library and enable its second-screen projection mode (Exclusive Full Screen) on the secondary monitor (TV/Projector).

Start a Zoom meeting on the primary monitor.

Enable the Spotlight feature on a participant or move Zoom windows between monitors.

Remove/cancel the Spotlight.

Click on any participant who raises their hand to allow them to speak.
Observed behavior: As soon as the Spotlight is removed, Zoom fails to properly release its window focus claim back to Windows (a focus/resource leak). Every subsequent action in Zoom, such as selecting a participant with a raised hand, triggers a visual status change that forces the external JW Library projection screen to lose focus and minimize to the taskbar.
Toggling the second-screen settings in the other app does not resolve the issue. The only way to release Zoom's invisible claim on the display layout is to completely restart the Zoom Workplace application.
