Zoom disconnects/crashes multiple times during classes
Hi,
Zoom Support, I have been facing issue where zoom disconnects or crash multiple times.
The issue is not happening in one device but it reproduce in any device i use.
Below I have tried-
- Devices used-
-Android Phone
- Android Tablet.
-IOS- Ipad Air .
-Windows 10 Laptop.
I have updated all the OS in all these devices, I have re- Installed Zoom app multiple times.
- I have done factory resets to devices.
- I have even changed upgraded the Broadband modem firmware.
- I have also got the Broadband modem replaced by service provider.
- Please note that my Internet speed is more than 150 Mbps.
-I have also changed the location of the modem so now distance between device and broadband modem is 1 feet.
-Unfortunately school is using Zoom so I will have to stick to it.
I have tried many things but issue still the same. My zoom app disconnects multiple times.
Please suggest what needs to be done to fix this issue. I have spent lots of time in troubleshooting but nothing has worked so far.
I can only say that Zoom is not stable despite all the devices are fine.
