Zoom Didn't Record Video only Screen Share

Hello!
I'm running Zoom version 5.16.2 on a MacBook Pro from 2020 with the M1 chip.
I recorded a meeting and wanted to record the participants' video as well as the screen share.
My settings have "record video during screen sharing" and "place video next to shared screen in the recording" checked "on" but no participant video was recorded only the screen share.
In August with the same settings I was able to record both without any issue.
Is there any way to salvage the recording so that we don't have to re-record the 1 hour webinar?
And how to make it capture both the participant video and the screen share in the recording next time?
