Zoom Data Centers' IP Address

Hi,

We would like to provide a list of IP addresses for our ISP to do a latency test. We are trying to add Zoom's data centers to the list.

However, according to the IP ranges from this article, https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362683-Network-firewall-or-proxy-server-settings-for-Zoom, I cannot find any IP from Singapore. Is there anything I missed?
