Zoom crashes

 I am experiencing a lot of technical  difficulties when it comes to the Zoom application itself. The first time I  have installed it, it crashes repeatedly whenever I try to open my camera. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the said application a couple of times  but there are always issues. Just today, I was not able to view what  someone was screen sharing during our meeting. Our internet connection is  working properly and I have confirmed it is not an issue with connectivity.  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but same problem still occurred.
