Zoom Community Terms and Guidelines

Hi, I was thinking of subscribing and hosting meetings. I wanted to record them and possibly sell them. (I would get permission from the people who are participants.) I always try to think ahead and was wondering if I unsubscribe later, is it ok with zoom if I still sell them? I was trying to figure out more what was ok or not ok on Zooms end.
