Zoom cloud transcript

We are having issues with trying to record to the cloud. We have turned on the settings to record to the cloud and get the transcript. The steps have been followed when the record button has been pressed but the recording is not showing up after. Is there something else going on we haven't done that could get the recording to show up along with the transcript?

Recommended Next Steps

  1. Verify that you were the host and that Cloud Recording was selected.
  2. Check Settings → Recording → Cloud Recording to ensure Create audio transcript is enabled.
  3. Confirm the meeting was properly ended and wait up to 24 hours.
  4. Review Recording Management for storage limits or deletion policies.
  5. If still missing, contact your Zoom admin or Support with the meeting ID and date for further investigation.
