Why no customer help

I'm facing the same problem "the meeting has been ended by host"

but no customer, support just a robot, has no useful

    Hi @xwhuang, check out our Zoom Service Status page and Subscribe to Updates to never miss another Zoom Operational Status. We have resolved the issue causing a subset of customers to experience errors while joining a live meeting. Everything seems to be operational! This might have resolved your problem, however here are some KB articles on Meetings and Webinars.
