When using Zoom with a bluetooth headset for a video call,I cannot hear the other party (android) (motorola pad)

Hello. When using zoom with a bluetooth headset for a video call, I cannot hear the other party. My pad is motorola. model name prefix is XT, manufacturer is Motorola.

After I change the model name to something no starting with “XT”,  the iusse is ok.
