When a participant is spotlighted, there is no video.

I've been having an issue seeing spotlighted participants. I can see everyone else, but the spotlighted square goes black. Has anyone had this issue?

    I'm sorry to hear that youre having difficulties with the spotlight feature. In this case, I would first suggest completely uninstalling Zoom, restarting your device, and then installing the Zoom client again. You can follow the steps here to do just that: Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application
