watching a recording

I try to open a link to a recording but all I get is "you have not enabled cloud recording (200). What does it mean and what am I to do with it?

    Hi 2old- 

    By chance do you have 2 zoom accounts? I noticed that if I got an email from zoom that a recording was ready and clicked on the host link to the recording, if I was not signed into the same zoom account that I used to create that meeting, I got the same response. Once  signed into zoom with the host account, it opened for me. 

    My apologies if this is zero helpful- there are so many variables to these zoom issues we have.

    Hi 2old -

     

    Try logging into your account - and going to Admin > Users - make sure your paid features are added to the appropriate account.
