Waiting Room is greyed out in security

I am using my personal Zoom account. Have recently upgraded to a large meeting of 500 pax and realized my  Enable Meeting Room is grayed out. Was wondering if anyone can help me?

    Zoom's security policy requires some security settings, such as

     

    "Require that all meetings are secured with one security option
    Require that all meetings are secured with one of the following security options: a passcode, Waiting Room, or "Only authenticated users can join meetings". If no security option is enabled, Zoom will secure all meetings with Waiting Room. "

    I think you can change the waiting room by turning on the passcode setting
