Waiting Room cannot be seen by hosts.

Waiting Room enabled and participants in waiting room but Host cannot see waiting room.

Is the host using the waiting room on his personal meeting room?

It is a pro account and yes using waiting room

It's possible that the host is using a different meeting link than the one they intended to. To verify this, the host should go to their web profile, navigate to Settings > Meetings > Schedule Meeting, and check the "Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting" toggle.
