my waiting room dosent work how to fix . got this message

    Hey @Grtruck, since you own a single user account, you have both Personal and Admin access. To be able to make some changes to the Account Level settings, you just need to select the correct options. 

    See the sample screenshot below:



    But you can not disable all of the security settings, you can check also check it from our documentation about Requiring meetings to have one security option.
