Question

Voice Translator icon not appearing in meeting toolbar or More menu (Live Translation add-on purchased)

I am writing to report an issue with the Voice Translator (AI Translator) feature.

I have purchased and assigned the Live Translation add-on, and the feature has been enabled in the account settings. However, the Voice Translator icon/button does not appear in the meeting controls toolbar, nor is it available under the More menu during meetings.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Updated the Zoom desktop client to the latest version (7.2.1).
Using the Windows desktop client (not web or mobile).
Confirmed with the account admin that the Live Translation license has been correctly assigned to my user account.
Verified that Voice translator is enabled under Account Settings → Meeting → In Meeting (Advanced) (and also checked personal settings).
Fully quit and restarted the Zoom client, then signed in again.
Despite completing all of the above, the Voice Translator option still does not appear.

Could you please check the account-side configuration and help resolve this issue? If there are any additional settings, regional restrictions, or backend enablement steps required, please let me know.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your reply.

Best regards,

I have this same issue. It’s not showing up for me either. Using pro account and paid for the live translation add in.

It is disappointing to see that another paying customer is experiencing exactly the same issue.

I have already checked all the documented requirements, updated Zoom Workplace to version 7.2.1, confirmed that my Live Translation add-on is assigned correctly, and enabled Voice Translator in the account and user settings. Yet the feature is still completely missing from the meeting interface.

Is Zoom aware of this issue, and is there an official solution? Could a Zoom representative confirm whether this is related to account-side activation, licensing, regional availability, or a software bug?

What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of accessible human customer support. As a paying customer, I cannot find a straightforward way to contact a real support representative or even a publicly available support email address.

Customers should not have to rely entirely on community discussions to troubleshoot a paid feature that does not work.

I would prefer to have the issue resolved. However, if Zoom cannot activate the feature I have paid for, I believe a refund of the Live Translation add-on would be appropriate.

I hope someone from the Zoom team can provide an official response.
