Virtual Background without Green Screen will not work. There is not an option in the settings

I am not able to get my virtual background without a green screen to work.   I have a Dell Optiplex 990 Desktop Computer - Intel Core i7 3.8GHz, 16GB DDR3, New 1TB SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit.  I have Zoom version 5.10.7

    Hey @WellnessShopGre after looking up your desktop, the i7 CPU in the computer has an i7-2600 3.4 GHz Turbo 3.8 GHz. 

     

    As Zoom requires an Intel i7 3rd generation or higher, yours seems to be a 2nd gen processor as to why your desktop doesn't support a virtual background image without a green screen. Here's more info on Zoom Virtual Background system requirements
