Virtual Background - Window 10 version not supported

Hi @BobA thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! I am leaning towards this issue having something to do with the processor/CPU in your computer, especially if it's not an Intel variety. Can you please see what kind of processor you have and then compare against this support article? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511. If you scroll down you can see "Windows" and the section below will talk through the different scenarios (the "Video without a physical green screen" section should be what you want).
