Virtual background not loading

I have been able to use virtual backgrounds without green screen until I updated zoom. All virtual backgrounds are gone. They will not reload. Does anyone know why? Tool is no good without this feature as I zoom on laptop from multiple locations.

      use the part where it says zoom security, then it says camera and you click, there appears virtual background click there and that's it.

      If you are referring to the Virtual Background slide bare in settings i have already set that to "enable"
