Viewing content from a second camera

I have a basic licence but haven't used my zoom account for several months.

I used to be able to share my screen and use the option of sharing content from a second camera. I can't seem to do that anymore - has the facility been removed from the basic license ? or am I doing something wrong. The second camera is a HUE

Any advice please

    Hi @theonlydi ,

     

    First of all update the zoom application to correct any type of error or bug.

    Then confirm that the second camera connected to your device can be viewed from outside the application (either through the camera application of the device or others)

    Finally, once you enter the meeting, you share screen / advanced tab and share content from the second camera.

    I just tested and it works fine!

    I too cannot share my second camera since two or three updates ago. I used to be able to share my Okio document camera and now I can't. My workaround is to use it as my profile camera and pin the video (or spotlight) for others. It's inconvenient because in order to switch cameras, I have to disable my virtual background and then select my document camera. Not fun when kids are watching and waiting for the teacher to get the tech to work for her.
