Video Problem only in HD

Hello everyone,

 

I have a problem with any usb webcam I use with Zoom: the video works fine if I don't enable the "HD" function, but when I enable it, the video starts flashing, breaking down and breaking the image. How can I solve this annoying problem? thanks everyone for the help.

 

PS: the problem does not arise if I use the webcam of my smartphone as a webcam for pc through the Iriun app (WiFi).

I am using a desktop pc with windows 11.

    Hey @Wolpiro do you have HD enabled at the account setting level? Really HD won't be HD if the prerequisites for the setting aren't met. You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom desktop client to see if that fixes the issue? To uninstall please follow this help article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362983-How-to-uninstall-Zoom and to install again just go to zoom.us/download!
