Video not working from my Lenovo laptop when accessing a Zoom video via Google

Hello, 

Anyone else have issues with the video not working during a Zoom conference?  I've checked all my app settings under privacy > camera, and all are turned to "on."  Below all the applications are two more applications listed (Microsoft Edge and Zoom Meetings) both of which are also turned to "on." So I don't understand why I cannot get my video to work during Zoom meetings. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
