Video freezing, flickering and turning green

Good afternoon, 

 

I am looking for help in how to rectify some tech issues I'm having. At different points lately in my video sessions the screen is freezing, the images are flickering and the screen will turn green. 

 

Is this happening to anyone else lately? And does anyone know how to fix it? I'm not very tech savvy so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

    This happened to me after the recent update. If you head to video settings in your next meeting, the Advances you'll see an option to Optimize video quality with de-noise. I unchecked that box and it solved the problem. However I've also had an echo on my mic since and I cannot fix that it's really annoying because it's only an issue in Zoom, which is the a tool I use daily

      Thank you so much for the reply. I will try that. I just find it so frustrating because I've had no issues with Zoom up until 3 weeks ago when this started.
