I have searched and searched for a solution. My video filters are not working. When I use the Zoom app on my Macbook Air they are not present.  When I join a meeting I created via the desktop (without logging into my account), filters are there.  Others are able to access the filters via my meetings as well.  I had filters before I had the new zoom app as well.  ALSO, zoom does not let me log into any meeting without the Zoom app. It tells me that I must download the app on my computer in order to join. All I want are the features that I paid for.  I also know this has been a topic of discussion here and in other places. I am just looking for a solution. HELP

Hi. It sounds like you may have some restrictions setup on your account. 

Check Video Filters in Account Settings > Meeting > In Meeting Advanced


For the Web Client, there's a setting that allows you to join from the browser
Enabling or disabling Show a "Join from your browser" link (zoom.com)

Unfortunately this did not work. My filters are turned on. And even my profile photo is not showing when my camera is off when I am logged in as myself.
