Video and Chat Not in Sync

Hi All,

I recently was required to watch a zoom recording and found that the chat doesn't auto sync to text added into the chat at a given time. Does Zoom not have this functionally? It's quite cumbersome to have to manually search each and every time the lecturer in the video references chat discussion points in the recording. Thank you.
