Video and Audio there last week, gone this week.

Last week my Zoom worked fine on my computer for a meeting.  This week I have no video and no microphone.  I've tried all the recommendations in quick help to no avail.  Anyone able to help guide me to get this resolved?

    Hi, I did download the latest version of Zoom and I am using my MSI laptop.  Zoom works fine on my Android phone but I need to do meetings on my computer for screen sharing, etc.
