Very stupid question about recordings and clouds

O, great power of the common brain, please help me! Today I was invited to the meeting, and then appointed as an administrator. I clicked on the "Record to Cloud" button. And everything was great. Then I pressed finish recording. And left the conference. Now I can't find that recording. When I log into my free account, they tell me that there are no cloud recordings, that they are only available with a paid subscription ... what should I do? I really need this recording..

    Hi Olga.  The recording will go to the account that was used to create the Zoom meeting.  You were invited to the meeting, so simply ask the person who created it.  The recording should be in their cloud account, and they can easily share that with you.
