Use specific audio input channels not in Settings

Hi,  I'm trying to solve an audio issue and noticed that the audio dropdown does not include "Use specific audio input channels"  I'm using a Pro account and the client version 5.16.10 (26186)

Basically, I'm using a Behringer Flow8 digital mixer with 3 active mics during a webinar.  Zoom keeps dropping the mic input.  Does Zoom accept ASIO drivers? I'm using Windows 11 Home 23H2 on a ThinkPad P14S 64-bit 2.2Ghz, 24GB Ram

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Peter

hi @Italiangen2022

Zoom uses the audio given to it by Windows.
It will connect to a new device when seen by Windows which allows you to plug in a USB headset and have it be used automatically. And if removed, switch to another source.
I assume that Windows is reporting the loss of the driver and Zoom then responds by disconnection.
i would try something like OSB (just for audio)  and see if that keeps the ASIO drivers connected and then send the audio on to zoom.
all the best

John
